These Terms govern use of olympetech.net and provide general information about services offered by Olympetech LLC. Specific client engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract or invoice agreed with the client.

Services

Olympetech LLC provides software development, backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, systems integration and IT consulting services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed separately for each engagement.

No automatic engagement

Submitting a contact form or requesting information does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter into a project.

Fees and payment

Fees, currencies, billing schedules and payment methods are stated in the applicable proposal, contract or invoice. Clients are responsible for paying agreed amounts by the specified due dates.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate requirements, necessary credentials, content and approvals needed to perform the agreed work.

Intellectual property

Ownership of project deliverables, pre-existing materials, open-source components and third-party software is determined by the applicable client agreement and relevant third-party licenses.

Confidentiality

Where confidential information is exchanged, both parties are expected to protect it in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party cloud platforms, APIs, libraries or vendors. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those third parties.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Olympetech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid professional services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

We may update these website terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
